Delivery

What do you charge for standard shipping? We charge you what USPS & UPS charge us. We do not mark up our shipping costs.

I just placed an order online. When will I receive my merchandise? NailSupply.com makes every effort to get your order out as soon as possible. Most orders for in-stock items placed on business days are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an email within one business day to advise you of the situation.

Will I have to sign for my package? A signature may be required depending on the carrier that was used to ship your merchandise. A signature may be required for UPS shipments with high-value contents, and someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS.

What do I do if there are damaged or missing items upon delivery?

  • Damaged in delivery: If there is damage to the package, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please do not return the merchandise without going through these steps or without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
  • If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery receipt, and have the person delivering the merchandise sign as well. Contact us within 24 hours to report the damage.

Do you ship internationally? No, NailSupply.com does not ship internationally at this time.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses? Yes, NailSupply.com ships to P.O. Boxes, but does not ship to military APO/FPO at this time.

Can I buy online and pick up my merchandise at your office? We do not offer the option for in-store pickup at this time.

Returns

30 Day Return Policy For the first 30 days after your purchase, you may return unopened merchandise for a full money-back refund, excluding any shipping charges required to send back the merchandise.

  • Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturer's packaging and materials.
  • Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed with an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

Follow these easy steps for the full refund:

  1. Email us your Order # to obtain an RMA number.
  2. Once you have this information, please ship all items back to us.

What form of payment(s) do you accept? All payments are securely processed through an SSL Secure payment gateway. The following forms of payment are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

When will my credit card be billed? Your credit card will be billed when your order is processed and shipped. Your charges should appear on your next credit card statement.
